3 (a). The objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:

• 1. EPC & Infrastructure ContractingTo carry on the business of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contractors and to undertake, execute, develop, design, engineer, procure, construct, erect, commission, operate, maintain, and manage turnkey infrastructure projects including but not limited to railways, roads, bridges, highways, buildings, industrial structures, power plants, transmission lines, substations, water supply systems, irrigation projects, pipelines, urban infrastructure, smart city projects, and municipal developments, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural works for government, semi-government, public sector undertakings, and private entities.
• 2. Architectural & Technical ConsultancyTo carry on the business of architectural, engineering, and technical consultancy services, including planning, designing, drafting, supervision, project management, feasibility studies, surveys, inspections, quality control, and allied technical services in relation to infrastructure, industrial, and development projects.
• 3. General Trading & SupplyTo carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, importing, exporting, transporting, storing, distributing, promoting, marketing, supplying, or otherwise dealing in any manner whatsoever in all types of goods, products, materials, machinery, equipment, electrical and electronic components, hardware, software, tools, spares, and infrastructure materials, on a retail, wholesale, institutional, or tender basis, including supply to government, semi-government, defense, railways, PSUs, and private organizations.
• 4. IT Infrastructure & AutomationTo design, develop, implement, integrate, install, operate, and maintain software solutions, IT infrastructure, automation systems, industrial control systems, IoT devices, embedded systems, telemetry systems, networking solutions, data analytics platforms, and digital infrastructure, either as standalone services or as an integrated part of EPC and infrastructure projects.
• 5. Agricultural Commodities TradingTo carry on the business of trading, sourcing, procurement, supply, import, export, storage, processing, and distribution of agricultural commodities, including food grains, pulses, seeds, fertilizers, agro-chemicals, organic products, farm inputs, and allied agricultural consumables, and to act as general order suppliers to government agencies, cooperatives, and private entities.
• 6. Agri-Tech InfrastructureTo design, develop, install, execute, operate, and maintain agricultural infrastructure and agri-tech solutions, including but not limited to automated irrigation systems, drip and sprinkler systems, polyhouses, greenhouses, solar-powered agricultural equipment, cold storage facilities, warehousing, food processing units, and smart farming solutions including telemetric and sensor-based systems.
• 7. Renewable Energy SystemsTo carry on the business of designing, manufacturing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining renewable energy systems, including solar power plants, hybrid inverters, large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS), and electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure for residential, commercial, and government applications.
